Cromoscatto: an afternoon of photography, colours and views of Vallebona

On Sunday 17 May 2026, Vallebona will host the third stage of Cromoscatto, the initiative organised by the Venti d’Arte association dedicated to photography, colours and the hidden corners of the village.

After Bordighera Alta and Dolceacqua, the project arrives in the narrow alleys and little squares of Vallebona, inviting participants to observe the village from a different perspective. The format is simple: pick a colour, wander through the streets and details of the village, and create your own photographic collage.

The day will begin with a short historical introduction to the village by Simona Gibertini, followed by the photography session and the final sharing of the shots.

Prizes for 1st and 2nd place.

Participants may freely choose whether to take photos with a camera or a smartphone. To take part in the final voting, it will be necessary to create a photographic collage in a 2x3 grid format: those using a camera should therefore be able to transfer the images to their phone during the event. Alternatively, it will still be possible to join the photographic experience without entering the final contest.

• 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm Photography session
• 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm Exhibition and voting
• From 6.00 pm Aperitif at “Il Giarino” restaurant

Participation fees

• €5 registration fee (including a Polaroid of your collage to take home)
• €5 aperitif fee (optional)
