The Social Cardio Club, in collaboration with the Municipality of Vallebona, presents a walk designed to enhance the local area and offer a shared moment of well-being.

TheSocialFogu will be an opportunity to spend a morning outdoors, moving together in a natural and evocative environment. Meeting point is in Piazza 4 Elementi in Vallebona at 9:00 a.m., with departure at 9:30 a.m. The route will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes, covering 5.4 km with an elevation gain of 210 meters, suitable for those who wish to walk calmly and discover new perspectives of the territory.

We will leave the village through its characteristic carugi, then continue towards panoramic paths from which it will be possible to admire Vallebona from above. The itinerary will offer glimpses of the inland area that often go unnoticed in daily life: an opportunity to observe the territory more attentively, enjoying each step in a peaceful environment. The walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and rediscover a more natural rhythm, away from the pace of everyday life.

At the end of the route, we will return to Piazza 4 Elementi, around the Vallebona “fogu”, where a free breakfast will be offered by the Municipality of Vallebona in collaboration with the Social Cardio Club. A simple yet meaningful moment, designed to encourage interaction among participants and conclude the activity with a gesture of conviviality.

The event is free of charge but has limited availability. To participate, registration is required via direct message to the Instagram profile @socialcardioclub by 26 December. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, registrations will close. This allows us to ensure a well-organized, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to Saturday 3 January 2026. Any updates will be communicated through the social channels, allowing participants to plan accordingly.

TheSocialFogu is not only a physical activity but also an opportunity to rediscover one’s relationship with the territory, meet new people, and experience an initiative that brings together movement and participation. Walking together helps create a shared rhythm, encourages exchange, and offers a simple and natural way to take care of oneself. Returning to the square, around the “fogu”, represents a reminder of the central role of the community and the desire to enhance local traditions through initiatives involving the territory.

We look forward to sharing this morning dedicated to well-being, the environment, and collective participation. Step by step, we will discover a different way of experiencing the spaces around us, renewing the connection with Vallebona and the people who are part of it.
