Vallebona at the “Radici d’Italia” Orange Flag Forum
On 13 and 14 March 2026, the Theatre of the Sanremo Casino will host the “Radici d’Italia” Orange Flag Forum, two days of meetings and round tables dedicated to the theme of revitalising inland areas through culture and tourism.
Local administrators, institutions and representatives of the tourism sector from different parts of Italy will take part in the initiative. Among the participating municipalities is Vallebona, a village awarded the Orange Flag by the Touring Club Italiano, a quality mark recognising small inland towns for their tourism and environmental value.
The forum represents an opportunity to discuss key topics for the development of inland territories: enhancement of cultural heritage, sustainable tourism, cooperation between coastal and inland areas, and new opportunities for small municipalities.
Over the two days, the programme includes institutional speeches, round tables and discussions focused on local development policies and the role of local administrations in promoting their territories.
