L'anima in fiore
L'anima in fiore is a photography exhibition by Fabio Lazzaro dedicated to the world of flowers as a meeting point between memory, inner experience and rebirth.
The project began more than seven years ago, following the loss of the artist's father. From that moment, photography became a means of working through grief and giving form to a journey of inner exploration.
Through macro photography, Lazzaro explores the world of flowers, focusing on details that are difficult to perceive with the naked eye. Light and shadow, shapes and textures become elements of a reflection on the fragility and strength that coexist in the human experience.
The exhibition also follows a visual evolution: from the first black-and-white images, expressing grief and introspection, it gradually moves towards colour, a symbol of rebirth, hope and new awareness.
The exhibition thus offers a reflection on the transformative power of beauty and on art's ability to accompany us through personal experience.

Fabio Lazzaro
Drawn to black-and-white analogue photography from a young age, Fabio Lazzaro developed his own visual language as a self-taught photographer through the study of specialist publications and regular visits to exhibitions.
For several years, he has worked in performance photography, particularly theatre and music, collaborating with national and international companies. At the same time, he has pursued research in macro photography, focusing especially on the world of flowers.
His observation of flowers forms part of a broader reflection on the connections between the natural world and human experience. Through his images, Lazzaro explores the subtle links between inner life, human relationships and organic forms, making photography a space for research and introspection where vision, emotion and memory come together.
