L’ora eccelsa

Solo exhibition by Davide Puma

L’ora eccelsa, an exhibition by Davide Puma, a Ligurian artist with a poetic and unmistakable pictorial language. On display, medium-format paintings and drawings that lead the visitor into a visual narrative populated by metamorphic figures, paradisiacal gardens and dreamlike images.

The exhibition path is a symbolic journey towards other worlds and, at the same time, towards oneself.

As the artist states: “Art has the ability to evoke something we have forgotten, that fragrance mixed with reality that makes us marvel and awakens a part of us. It is our duty to keep alive the fire of imagination, because through it we can express the purest part of our being.”

Davide Puma

Born in Sanremo in 1971, Davide Puma is considered one of the most poetic voices of contemporary Italian art. His pictorial universe is inhabited by symbolic creatures, surreal settings and enchanted metamorphoses, where beauty and the interconnection with nature become visual manifestations.
His works represent a metaphor of the harmonious relationship between man and nature, an invitation to contemplate beauty and to rediscover, through imagination, the most authentic part of oneself.
