Patrick Moya Solo Exhibition
An exhibition dedicated to the creative universe of Patrick Moya, where painting, digital art and contemporary experimentation come together.
With this new exhibition, Area Arte Vallebona presents the works of Patrick Moya, a Franco-Italian artist internationally recognised for an artistic practice that combines figurative tradition, technological innovation and references to the history of art.
The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through different artistic languages, where inspirations drawn from the worlds of the circus and carnival coexist with literary references and continuous dialogues with the great masters of the past. Through a distinctive artistic vision, Moya creates a dialogue between imagination, memory and contemporary life, inviting visitors to observe reality from new perspectives.
The exhibition is curated by Fabio Falone in collaboration with the Sergio Gagliolo Archive and Galleria S. Agostino.
From 6 to 23 August 2026
Patrick Moya
Patrick Moya lives and works in Nice and is regarded as one of the most original figures of the contemporary Franco-Italian art scene.
Throughout his career, he has exhibited in museums, galleries and international exhibition spaces, building an artistic path recognised for its ability to engage with different languages and techniques.
As art critic Francesca Bogliolo writes: "There is, in Moya's works, a dreamlike and fairy-tale dimension, inhabited by countless avatars, the tireless voices of the artist's kaleidoscopic nuances and, metaphorically, of humanity itself, with all its desires and anxieties..."
